**(4) the objection is to be submitted in writing (in simplest form) under designation of the ein-spruchsgrundes with the test leader or with the judge chairman. § 17 form evaluation
1) Purpose of the form evaluation is the evaluation of the outside appearance, the figure in connection with its function and the constitution of the dog as well as in particular also holding the innate lack of body. The form evaluation takes place in the notion to the race standard of the German quail dog (see plant to the **cPo).
2) With each **cJp, **cEp and **cGp a form evaluation takes place, whereby dogs up to the age receive the form value youth (**Fw/J) from 12 months, older dogs the final form value (L.G.) with appropriate descriptor.
The form value can be acquired also on an exhibition of the **cVdw (e.g. post pfostenschau, breed zuchtschau) § 17 **(4) **cPo applies here accordingly.
3) The form evaluation is to take place not in the individual groups of judges, but for all test specimens together; it is to be accomplished after conclusion the test fan, since errors in the bodily functions are better recognized in such a way.
Become on the occasion of the form evaluation of the judges lack of nature (fearfulness, handshy etc..) determined, they flow into the evaluation and just like breed-excluding lack on the certificate of examination and in the judge report are held.
4) Since the form value is to be breed-permitted among other things a condition for (s. A. number 4,1,3 **cZo-dw), must at least the for the first time introduced dogs by at least one form value judge 1 of the **cVdw is judged. On a youth examination of the **cVdw therefore in principle form value judge must be present.
5) On the youth examination the young **cDw is often not yet fully developed; Type of race, substantial or breed-excluding errors can be however already recognized at this time clearly.
The **Fw/J with the form value note " well " and better entitled likewise to the breed, like the final L.G. of the older dogs with the same descriptor.
6) Biting, ill and illness-suspicious dogs are not form-evaluated.
7) In the notion to the guidelines of the **cVdh the following form value notes will assign:
Excellently **(v) may be awarded only to one dog, which approximates the ideal standard of the race much, in excellent condition is demonstrated, a harmonious, balanced nature out 9
1 form value judge in the judge list of the **cVdw are separately listed.
" class " and a outstanding attitude radiate have. Its superior characteristics in relation to its race small incompleteness to make forgotten, but it will possess the typical characteristics of its sex.
Very well (**cSg) only one dog awarded, which possesses the typical characteristics of its race, of balanced proportions and in good condition is. One will check it some pardonable errors, however no morphologic. This descriptor can be lent only to one class dog.
Errors, which cause " **cSg ", are for example:
- **Behang does not reach the nose sponge
- very bright eye
- over/under size of 1 cm
- the next lower note causes easy errors in the gangwerk an amassment of " pardonable errors ".
Well **(g) is to be given to a dog, which possesses the outstanding features of its race, but it exhibits errors, on the condition that these are not hidden.
Errors, which cause " G ", are for example:
- surplus schneidezaehne, surplus front **Praemolaren
- too deep, not closed lefzen
- not tautly fitting lids
- to close gehoergaenge (arrangement for ear obligation)
- ton chest
- small **behaarter belly, leather ends
- over or **Untergroessen to 2 cm
- **Hochlaeufig or fine-linkedness
An amassment of errors in the above sense causes the next lower note.
(**Ggd) keeps sufficient a dog, which corresponds to its type of race sufficient, without whose well-known characteristics to possess and/or its physical condition remaining wish leaves.
Errors, which cause " **Ggd ", are for example:
- the absence of the 1. **Praemolaren (**Pl)
- nonspecific slight striking and hair changes (not chronic) - thin, **schuetteres or **seidiges hair
- light " open eye " (preliminary stage of **Ektropium)
An amassment of errors in the above sense causes the next lower note.
(**Nggd) a dog which corresponds not to the type prescribed by the standard, does not show clearly a stan **dardgemaesses behavior or is aggressive, keeps a substantial tooth error or an Kiefer anomaly not sufficient is afflicted with a testicle error, exhibits, a color and/or a hair error has. Furthermore this form value is to be awarded to the dog, which corresponds to an individual race characteristic so little that the health of the dog is impaired. With this form value also a dog must be evaluated, which has a heavy and/or excluding error after the standard valid for it.
Heavy and excluding errors in the sense of the race standard are e.g.:
- chronic striking and hair changes
- expressed nature weakness
10
- **Ektropium, **Entropium, hereditary eye diseases
- diseases of the nervous system (e.g. epilepsy)
- diseases of the building of bones (e.g. **Kniescheibenluxation)
- black hair color
Without evaluation receives a dog, to which none of the five aforementioned form value notes can be awarded. That would be e.g. the case if the dog does not run, strives constantly at the exhibitor high-jumped or constantly out of the ring, so that gangwerk and course of motion cannot be judged or if the dog constantly evades to the breed judge, so that e.g. control of dentures, building, hair dress, rod or testicle is not possible or if at the demonstrated dog traces of interferences or treatments to be determined to be able, which make an attempted deceit probable. The same applies, if the breed judge has the justified suspicion that an operational interference at the dog was made, which emisleads about the original condition (e.g. eyelid or rod correction). The reason for the evaluation " without evaluation " is to be indicated in the judge report or certificate of examination.
Intermediate notes can be assigned: e.g. **cSg/v or **cG/sg.
On exhibitions of the **cVdw (e.g. post pfostenschau, breed zuchtschau) groups of breeds can become certified. For the evaluation of groups of breeds the following criteria are determining: A group must be balanced in type, size and substance, according to the sex. The more largely the quality of the individual dogs and the more balanced the general impression of the group of breeds is the higher, is these to be placed. Good gangwerk, good temper and safe nature are to be considered likewise like agreement because of the color and the behavior of the dogs among themselves, whereby up-end dogs from the ring to be pointed are. With same quality to that group of breeds preference is to be given, which has the higher number of different parents animals. Same applies in a general manner to the evaluation of groups of offspring and similar competitions.
11
II. Part
Youth examination (**cJp)
§ 18 general
**(1) purpose of the youth examination is it to receive for the breed valuable information. The **ererbten plants show up with the young **cDw most pronouncedly.
**(2) therefore above all exactly also the negative, like lack of nose, must be seized trace will, **Stoeberanlage, water joy and in the nature on the **cJp not only the positive fitting, but.
Finally the results of the **cJp give information over the breed value of parents and are thus for the breed monitoring of large importance. Determined lack of nature are to be mentioned therefore in each case in the examination report.
**(3) in addition, youth examinations are to be held usually from in the middle of March to at the end of of April, can in the autumn.
**(4) in consideration of the difficulty of the plant evaluation with young dogs the most experienced judges are to be active on **cJp.

§ 20 evaluation of work on the hare trace: General information
**(1) the plants important for the German quail dog (nose, trace sound, trace will and trace security) can be examined in practice only on the trace of the hare not seen by the dog. For the breed it is from greatest importance that lie close-conditioned differences are recognized correctly in particular by the judges on the youth examination and in Beno **tung to settle.
**(2) an evaluation is only possible in an area, in which the trace trace can be well observed. The test judges and dog leader (if necessary also spectator) strip the area as with a hare search in the field. If a hare rises, the group chairman calls a dog, which did not see the hare run off.
The dog leader has to set its dog on the trace or in their proximity.
**(3) all test specimens are to be examined if possible under same conditions. Usually it will be possible the judges, by two hare traces, some the well-known substantial influences on the degree of difficulty
12
a trace exhibit (changing bodenformationen, vegetation, wind effect, standing time, hook etc..) to judge a dog fairly.
Exeptionally also a particular can, particularly widens and is enough for work for evaluation to be sufficient, if it exhibits the substantial difficulties.
**(4) if the dog shows very different achievements with two work, then a third trace is to round the judgement identification off.
From several work the best for the evaluation may not only give the excursion; rather the judges from the overall view of all work under consideration of the different difficulties a judgement must form.
**(5) an individual trace, which is not taken up for not recognizable reasons of a dog, cannot be evaluated. The judges are to set however a second, as already as possible well evaluated dog from the group as a check. The achievements shown by this dog may not affect the evaluation of its achievements altogether shown negatively. Even if this dog does not accept the trace, then it remains with the **Nichtbewertung. If the control dog shows however still at least a " sufficient " **(2) achievement, then must be evaluated the work of the first dog with " insufficiently " **(0).
**(6) the following evaluations refer to normal conditions Special difficulties or promotions in individual cases are to be considered from the judges to and mentioned in the examination report.
§ 21 nose
The nose achievement of a dog determines its ability to overcome difficulties on the hare trace and the trace surely follow.
The further the trace is the longer, usually the standing time of the trace and the requirements are the higher to the nose achievement of the dog.
The nose evaluation does not do justice fully to dogs with slight trace will over the " length of the spurarbeit "; here overcoming difficult trace conditions (e.g. older traces) can contribute to clarification.
The length of the spurarbeit is to be noted in the judge report.
Note: Trace length:
0 no assessable achievement
1 less than approx. 200 meters
2 a trace of at least approx. 200 meters
3-4 over 200, less than approx. 500 meters
5-6 over 500, less than approx. 800 meters
7-8 over 800, less than approx. 1500 meters
9 more than approx. 1500 meters when confirmation by a second, at least very good work
§ 22 trace sound
Is demanded " more essentially " a sound, which begins, as soon as the dog took up the trace and continues, as long as the dog works reliably on the trace. Very late using of the sound or longer interruptions, although that
13
Dog reliably on the trace works, has according to smaller evaluations to the consequence.
Note: Loud:
0 For mute dogs.
1 For loud-giving dogs isolate, if recognizing of the trace process is not possible.
2-4 For dogs, which - although surely on the trace working - repeats longer distances (more than 50 m) are mute. The process of the trace must still have to be pursued however at the sound. Only initial sound giving over a short distance and afterwards complete concealing may not be evaluated no more with sufficient. On the other hand very long mute **Anjagen (up to the half of the entire work) is, sufficient thereafter however safe sound still.
5-6 For dogs, whose sound begins regularly late, although they already work surely a longer distance (approx. 100 meters) on the trace or during the work regularly shorter time exposes to their sound.
7-8 For dogs, whose sound begins, as soon as they took up and stop the trace surely, as long as they work perfectly the trace (including gust **gelns within the supposed smell range). When losing the trace or exceeding hooks the sound must break off and begin again, as soon as the dog took up the trace again surely.
§ 23 loose sound **(l)
The sound of the dog is released by the perception of the game weather and depends on the height of the threshold of sensation.
Nervous ones, to easily excitable dogs are inclined to become constantly loud to it, with smallest attractions.
The clearest form of this error is the **Waidlaut. If beginnings of this error show up with the spurar-beit, they are to be represented with the evaluation of the trace sound by the additive " L ".
Note: Loud:
**c6(l) For dogs, which are still loud with otherwise reliable trace sound also with the elbow striking outside of the smell range of the trace.
**c4(l) For dogs, both on the trace, and constantly with spacious agreement or already when fastening, without the trace to have clearly taken up, are constantly loud. These dogs are to be examined for **Waidlaut and receive the **c4(l) only, if the suspicion is not confirmed. For the statement of the **Waidlauts these dogs are in clear area, in which no game or fresh traces or tracks are present to fasten to the search.
**c2(l) For dogs, which are as can be prove **waidlaut. As **waidlaut dogs are to be classified, which become regularly loud when fastening and to remain, without pursuing game or work on a trace or a track.
The **Waidlaut is to be noted as " determined lack of nature " on the certificate of examination. The examination on **Waidlaut is to be noted in the judge report.
14
§ 24 trace will
**(1) the trace will exists in the " urge forward ", in the obstinacy, with which a trace is pursued.
The dog, which returns again and again to the place, at which it lost the trace, shows a high degree of trace will, even if it is missing to it (is it because of experience and exercise lacking, is it because of small nose) at sufficient trace security, in order to prepare the trace further. Turned around also quite **feinnasige and trace-safe dogs can show only slight trace trace.
**(2) the substantial measure for the evaluation of the trace will is the time, in which the dog strives around furthering the trace. The time between taking up and breaking the spurarbeit off is determining for the evaluation of the trace will; it is to be noted in the examination report. The time of giving the spurarbeit up up to the **Anleinen by the leader is not to be considered in this connection.
**(3) trace will shows up in the concentrated effort of the dog around the pursuit of the trace, in particular with the **Boegeln before giving the work up, not however in the elbow striking drawing back far and unmethodical running, with which the trace is however not taken up crossed.
**(4) in detail is to be proceeded from the following appoximate values:
Note: Time:
0 none
1 less than one minute
2-4 approx., less than three minutes
5-6 approx. three, less than five minutes
7-8 approx. five, less than ten minutes
9 approx. ten minutes
**(5) spurarbeiten, which are broken off groundlessly and suddenly without any effort, can be only evaluated with sufficient **(2), if the length of the work carried out up to the abort amounts to at least 200 meters.
Eager looking for within the narrower range of the leader is not to be rated than trace will.
§ 25 trace security
In trace security the ability of the dog shows up to adapt its work speed of the difficulty of the trace and the efficiency of its nose.
Note: Achievement:
0 For dogs, whose uncertainty does not make a purposeful furthering for the trace possible any longer.
1 For dogs, with which altogether the time used for regaining the practice-shot trace process clearly exceeds the time worked on the trace.
2-4 For dogs, which get frequently off the also straight running trace, strike large elbows or work at regaining larger distances backwards.
5-6 For dogs, which exceed and frequently outside of the smell range of the trace hunt fast running by to hooks and elbows regularly.

fit and essentially reliably within the smell range hunt.
§ 26 keeping in track regret
The dog, which lets itself be diverted by fresh temptations or also by the sight of game not to steadfastly pursue " its " hare trace, is trace faithful for which thus with the chase on the trace on other traces and/or tracks does not change. This very valuable characteristic can be no proper test subject, because their statement depends too much on the coincidence. However if a test specimen proves as perfectly trace faithful, then this must be noted in the examination report and certificate of examination. Pronounced keeping in track regret will favorably affect usually also the evaluation of trace will and/or trace security.
§ 27 **Stoeberanlage
For the **cJp the **Stoeberanlage is examined. The test specimen is to show that it strives for finding game.
When areas come both thickening, which are controllable by judges, and lighter portions with **Unterwuchs, in which the dog does not have a visual contact to the leader, **infrage. The **Stoebergelaende should be large at least 1 hectar for each dog.
If a dog comes directly after it covering assumed at game, which it hunts longer time, then it is to be fastened after returning and an appropriate recovery break again, in order to be able to judge its real **Stoeberanlage. In the ideal case the dog is to show a calm, systematic searching of covering. And constant contact to the leader reductions in the evaluation entail fast superficial work, knurling tools.
The duration of a very good (7,8) work is not to fall below 5 minutes.

**(2) during the evaluation the water and weather conditions (current, wave course, temperature, precipitation) are appropriate for considering.
§ 29 **Fuehrigkeit
The degree of the **Fuehrigkeit expresses itself in the attention and attachment opposite the dog leader. If the young dog pursues persistent a trace and/or a track and longer is missing, than this would be desired with the finished trained dog, or if he cannot **abpfeifen or be called up from the game, then that may be charged to him not as lack of **Fuehrigkeit.
16
§ 30 firing firmness
In order to determine firing sensitivity or firingshy, each dog leader on instruction of the judges in temporally appropriate distance must deliver two shots, while the dog in the forest or **Buschiergelaende in pellet range of fire searches freely. In the doubt the examination can be repeated.
Note: Reaction:
8 Firing celebration is a dog, that by the shots either unbeein prints remains or firingheated shows up
6 is easily firingsensitive a dog, - although easily restrained - the search continues
4 A dog, which comes on shot to its leader, is firingsensitive the search after at the latest one minute on request again continues
1 is strongly firingsensitive a dog, that after the shot (or already at sight of the weapon) protection with its leader searches and to the search to send does not leave themselves
0 Firing shyness is a dog, that on shot fearfully flees and/or from the effect of the leader extracts themselves
If a dog with the descriptor is judged " firingsensitively " or more badly (notes 4 to 0), then this is to be noted in the certificate of examination as " determined lack of nature ".

Loud hearing character are not permitted thereby; rather everything has to happen in largest peace as on the **Pirschgang.

5, 6 Well the behavior of the dog is, **more 'der only few meters from the dependent place distant and then further calmly puts itself down.
2, 3, 4 sufficient one is the behavior of a dog, which wegpir **schenden tried that leaders carefully be followed and by this in line of sight connection with loudless effect be arranged can to put itself down calmly or comes to meet the returning leader, as soon as it sees it.
0, 1 The behavior of a dog, which win **selt, is unsatisfactory or insufficiently sound gives, lastingly its place leaves or even if it must be affected by the leader by loud hearing character.
§ 66 condition peace
**(1) the dog leaders are as to be employed contactors with a forest driving hunt at a thickening. Each dog leader **angeleint its dog, sitting or lying, beside itself. During some aids thickening under the usual driver noise push, have the dog leaders through in sequence one shot each to deliver. The dogs must behave thereby calmly, them may **winseln, loud-give, do not jump up or into the line to bounce. Putting up into sitting position is not incorrect.
**(2) the condition peace is also at other opportunity during the test process, e.g. with the **Stoebern to consider. With the **Stoeberpruefung if the hunt is exercised and thereby if the condition peace can be sufficiently judged, then can be done without the special examination.
§ 67 obedience at bowl game

V. Part
Performance records in the practical hunt enterprise
§ 70 general
**(1) on some for the breed questions substantial examination results can give only very imperfect or no answer to a hunting dog race. Only the practical hunt enterprise offers here opportunity for reliable evaluation. Therefore great importance is to be attached to the performance records in the practical hunt enterprise.
**(2) the variety of the possible conditions makes however a particularly critical evaluation necessary. Above all it is to be made certain that the respective achievements of the dog are free of doubts confirmed by sufficiently adept and objective witnesses, who are neither owners or breeders **Hundesnoch of family members dog leaders.
Awarding of achievement characters will usually have to be made dependent on it that at least one of the witnesses of recognized judges of the hunt customs dog federation is.
**(3) over the respective " achievement in the practical hunt enterprise " a minute is to be manufactured, which must be signed by the witnesses and the dog leader. The minute over the responsible regional committee chairman of the **cVdw to is association-testwaited or its place representatives are passed on. After **Ueberfpruefung and acknowledgment of the achievement the office for breed book issues the appropriate certificate and gives the achievement character.
§ 71 hardness-oh-point
**(1) the animal law for the protection forbids straightening and examining dogs for sharpness at living animals (§ 3 number 7 animal law for the protection **i.d.F.v. 18,8,1986). The statement of the hardness (sharpness) of a dog opposite militaryful robbery game or robbery things can rely therefore only on coincidental observations occasionally the practical hunt practice.
**(2) if a dog comes with free work in the practical hunt use (for example with the **Stoebern) to a piece militaryful robbery game or robbery things and if it kills it, before someone can intervene with the firearm, then can this by adept witnesses (in accordance with § 70) be confirmed and an achievement report be made,
§ 72 performance record on natural welding track
**(1) for the **cDw as a forest customs dog after the shot special meaning comes to the work. To it above all also the welding on bowl game belongs. Dogs, which carry out therein property, also **zuechterisch often valuable to be and be supposed by a special achievement character to be therefore marked. This consists of a colon: which is set before the name of the dog (see part of VIII this **cPo).
**(2) for the assignment of the achievement character the following minimum requirements apply.
•Belt work: At least 500 meters on at least five hours of old **Wundfaehrte. With snow situation visible **Wundfaehrten is not possible. The dog is to lead after exact investigation of the first shot at the long belt surely and briskly to the piece. Temptation tracks of healthy game it may show, them however not further follow. Repeated renewed setting excludes the distribution of the achievement character, even if the work finally led still to success. To fair guidance is to be paid attention.
•Agitation: If the dog comes to the fresh **Wundbett of the piece not ended yet, or pulls the ill piece before the belt work ago, then it, to the agitation fastened, must which **Wundfaehrte blow loud follow and which to conditions rush or down-pull ill piece.
•Places: It must reliably place ill, militaryful bowl game, which the dog cannot down-pull and dismiss. If the dog leaves the piece once placed and returns to its leader, the achievement character is to be malfunctioned to it, even if it should have carried a good belt work and agitation out before.
31
**(3) for the distribution of the achievement character good achievements are necessary in every three points (belt work, agitation, places of militaryful game). The achievements can be furnished however with different work. So e.g. a work can be only good belt work, another a long agitation after short belt work and exist third in sharp placing of a militaryful piece without difficult belt work and after short agitation.
**(4) as militaryful bowl game usually apply black game (excluded weak **Frischlinge), rotwild (excluded weak calves), **Dam ones and **Sikahir, chamois game (excluded kitze and **Jaehrlinge) and **Muffelwidder.
Work on the rehbock may be evaluated under " places " only exeptionally; about if the dog **were geforkelt by a support and it nevertheless places further sharply or down-pulls. Otherwise is bare placing of little militaryful game, which a reliably wild-sharp dog would have to actually down-pull not to evaluate here.
**(5) dogs, which do not have an opportunity to work on militaryful bowl game fulfilled however the requirements regarding the belt work as well as rushing with following reliable **Niederziehen of weaker bowl game (above all rehwild), specified in number 2, know the achievement character set in parentheses ( receive.
**(6) the work must be confirmed by at least two witnesses (§ 70).
§ 73 **Weitjagernachweis
**(1) the **Brackenerbe, i.e. the urge to follow a once taken up trace and/or track as far as possible until in particular the hare back-turns again into the area of its **Sasse, are kept with a part of our dogs still good. Apart from it that some forest hunters in appropriate districts hunt in this way and look for such dogs, it must have such " **Weitjager " beside reliable trace sound and good nose strongly minted trace trace and be completely trace faithful, possess thus those plants, which are to be so extremely importantly usually seized for the safe **Verlorenbringer and welding dog and nevertheless testmoderately with difficulty. Furthermore the preservation of this far chase r. situation in some trunks can be extraordinarily important for the breed of our race.
**(2) the evaluation can both occasionally the **Stoeberarbeit on **cGp (see § 47 this **cPo) as well as in the practical hunt enterprise to be made.
**(3) the dog must have already in former times proven its trace trace, trace **lautstrich as achievement characters have thus already led.
**(4) the dog is to be fastened to the **Stoebern. As soon as it lifted a hare, the leader goes there, where he back-expects the hare ("hare cross way"). Essentially it depends on the fact that the hare is only fired at if it really returns and not, if it starts coincidentally briefly after lifting protecting. Furthermore it must really concern the **angejagten hare and not around a hare coincidentally high-made by the sound of the dog. The dog must follow perfectly trace-loud on the hare trace.
**(5) length and duration of the work can be different; in less than 10 minutes the work hardly ever terminated will be. It is crucial that for the judges no doubt exists that the dog has actually the **angejagten hare " brought ".
**(6) as achievement characters the **Weitjager over the **Spurlautstrich receives \ a second homogeneous line \\, thus " doubled **Spurlautstrich ". A note is not assigned.
**(7) if a dog shows itself as **Rehhetzer, then it may not receive the " **Weitjagerstrich " because straight with the **Weitjager is large value on the obedience at bowl game to put (see § 67 this **cPo.
**(8) if the **Weitjagernachweis takes place occasionally the practical hunt practice, then must at least 2 recognized (in the judge list of the **cVdw registered) test judges to be present § 6 as well as § 7 this **cPo are in a general manner to be used. The judges write a short report and submit it immediately to the chairman of the responsible regional committee, which passes him on to the office for breed book.
32
If the announced achievements meet the requirements, the office for breed book the dog leader issues an appropriate certificate (awarding the achievement character).
§ 74 performance record at black game
**(1) with the successful **Bejagung of black game special meaning is attached to the employment of suitable dogs. The spreading of the black game and thus the possibility and necessity of its **Bejagung rather still increase - contrary to many other kinds of game -. Thus the **cDw finds one of its most important tasks here as **Stoeberhund.
**(2) for the successful work " before the shot " at black game the balance of different plants (nerve strength, hardness, sharpness, perseverance, understanding of hunt) is the basis. These plants are general for the preservation of the performance standard of the race of paramount importance. Together with practical experience they mark those dogs, on which, as practice shows, the success of such sow hunts depends crucially:
**(3) around dogs, which work reliably on black game, particularly to put out, the achievement character " S " can be assigned, if a dog furnishes the as can be prove following achievements during the practical hunt practice in free game course (including legally recognized hunt gates of at least self-hunt size :
A) the dog must only find 47 **(1) in a thickening existing black game as to the **Stoebern fastened a dog under the conditions § alone
b) it must blow up the found black game (gang and/or hunt unique pieces so persistent until they leave the turned off range. If the **Sauen cannot be hunted, then the dog must place continuously (at least 10 minutes).
CC left) if the dog the black game posed temporarily, can receive it the achievement character only if it concerns particulars or several strong **Sauen and if the dog returns immediately to establishment of contact to the leader to the game and this further barked
CD) the achievement character may not be assigned, if the work takes place only at weak **Frischlingen (without **Bache), is smaller than the dog.
**(4) the work must be confirmed by at least two witnesses (§ 70).
